MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, a division of Element Solutions Inc (NYSE: ESI), is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support its manufacturing operations. The role focuses on the safe and efficient handling, storage, and movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished products. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and experienced in warehouse operations, preferably within a chemical or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, store, and issue raw materials, packaging, and finished goods following company procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory records, assist with cycle counts, and support audits
- Load and unload trucks safely while ensuring proper documentation and compliance with transport regulations
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines, including proper chemical handling and PPE usage
- Complete shipping and receiving documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, preferably in chemical or industrial settings
- Forklift operation skills with a valid license preferred
- Strong attention to detail for inventory management and documentation
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptable, dependable, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong awareness of safety procedures and commitment to EHS standards
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Fast-paced warehouse environment with exposure to chemicals and industrial equipment
- Requires physical capability to lift and move materials safely
