Key Responsibilities
- Receive and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel or voicemail
- Welcome clients, visitors, and applicants, issue visitor passes, and enforce security protocols
- Schedule and prepare meeting and conference rooms, including setup, catering orders, and technology arrangements
- Request building and housekeeping services as needed
- Perform clerical tasks such as distributing faxes, packages, and managing office supplies
- Track incoming and outgoing packages, mail, and freight, arranging messenger services when required
- Coordinate hospitality services for guests, including transportation and reservations
- Follow existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while exercising limited discretion
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; up to 2 years of related experience preferred
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication skills for exchanging straightforward information
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and an inquisitive mindset
- Basic math skills for calculating simple percentages, discounts, and markups
- Ability to follow established work routines and apply company standards consistently
