Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
- Manage a variety of customer requests throughout the day, from providing WiFi codes and tracking packages to directing visitors to meeting rooms and assisting with equipment setup.
- Handle incoming mail and packages, sorting and distributing them accurately while notifying customers promptly.
- Support the Community Manager in planning and organizing events, including creating invitations, preparing materials, and updating noticeboards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming centre environment, conducting regular checks to ensure everything is in order.
- Address customer needs and resolve issues with a proactive, solution oriented approach, taking ownership of problems from start to finish.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as managing meeting room bookings, processing payments, and maintaining customer records.
- Adapt to changing situations with enthusiasm, handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships and empathize with customers’ needs.
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or a front‑of‑house role is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
- Confidence in using MS Office and other basic IT packages.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset, comfortable taking ownership of challenges and finding creative solutions.
- Flexibility to work within centre operating hours, which may include early mornings or occasional evenings for events.
