Key Responsibilities
- Deliver fast and accurate table service and POS transactions during busy rushes, ensuring guests receive their orders correctly and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve barista coffee and drinks at speed without cutting corners, maintaining quality and consistency even during peak periods.
- Stay calm, focused, and organized during high pressure service times, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
- Develop a strong knowledge of the menu and allergens so that decisions and recommendations to guests are quick and confident.
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and flow throughout the front of house areas, ensuring the dining environment remains inviting and efficient.
